Started off with a couple bits of housekeeping, winch cables were liberally greased to try to slow corrosion, particularly on the South Pot winch cable, which is in quite poor condition.
At the bottom a start was made on bolting down the conveyor belt for better sliding of a skip, but a shortage of short drill bits made this awkward, so will be continued next time.
All the spoil from last weeks loud noise was then bagged up and hauled up to the 166' level, leaving the cave ready for another bang.
In less good news, the pipe draining the tunnel dam has blocked up. This will be investigated next week.
With the two skips hauled to surface over the weekend, we're now up to 6 for the year so far.
